Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

The most important factor in proactive property and asset management is the maintenance of the security infrastructure. Modern electronic security equipment is robust and reliable, however, preventative maintenance and checks help avoid discovering an issue after a serious breach of security. It is crucial to rely on an experienced and consistent contractor.

Our maintenance checks are tailored to suit our client’s exact requirements and delivered by our first-class engineering team.
Visits are carried out once or twice a year depending on the systems and sites. The benefit of having a maintenance contract in place is that you receive prioritised call out response, over-the-phone support and lower call out rates.

The Maintenance Agreement includes:

  • All work carried out on-site, detailed along with arrival and departure times are recorded on the Maintenance Report.
  • The service engineer will also record any deficiencies in the system and recommend any further work required.
  • Over-the-phone diagnostic advice and a suggested course of action.

When submitting a maintenance proposal, we will detail exactly what each maintenance visit will cover and what equipment will be maintained, checked and cleaned.
