We believe that in order to serve our clients with exceptional service, our in-house relationships must be nurtured too. To ensure this is achieved, we work with an external relationship expert, Lilian Zacharia, to help us nurture and grow our team.
Lilian provides us with guidance on how we achieve and maintain, honest respectful interactions and reminds us of the importance of not avoiding difficult conversations. She offers a safe space for us to air any concerns or issues that may arise, to ensure concerns are listened to and dealt with most professionally and respectfully.
